Schedule : Monday Friday 7am 5pm flexibility
Key Responsibilities :
- Dispatch and manage schedules for technicians in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services
- Maintain real-time communication with technicians and ensure efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Monitor call queues, assign jobs, and manage chat communications promptly
- Ensure technician calls are scrubbed for accuracy to set them up for success
- Work collaboratively with other departments to meet company goals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
