4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
5. Perform general clerical tasks, including file organization, photocopying, and document management.
6. Generate regular reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
· At least 3 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role.
· High school diploma or equivalent education/experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
· A positive, customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn.
· Valid driving privileges (if applicable).
