This role will focus on driving sales growth, monitoring weekly sales metrics, and nurturing and developing sales talent within the organization.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives in the robotics and autonomous vehicle automation industry.
- Monitor weekly sales metrics including but not limited to: sales volume, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue projections. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to sales representatives to foster their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and lead generation initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, discuss sales strategies, and provide feedback. Utilize these meetings to train and groom salespeople on best practices and sales techniques.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Provide resources, tools, and materials to support ongoing learning and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Utilize this knowledge to identify market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 7 years of experience in the robotics and autonomous vehicle automation industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs, with experience in analyzing and interpreting sales data.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.
