One (1) year of continuous work experience, preferably in banking or job related field.
One (1) year cash handling and customer service experience.
Provides professional services to the bank’s customers by prompt acknowledgment of the customer, maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor, ensures customer satisfaction on transaction requests, and presents a professional image.
High School diploma (or equivalency).
Ability to respond to customers’ requests with tact, diplomacy, and a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Ability to operate basic office equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
