Key Responsibilities
- Project Panning and Initiation-
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and manage these deliverables throughout the life cycle of the project
- Project Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in and initiate equipment design process.
- Responsible for timely procurement of selected services / equipment within project scope.
- Technical Expertise
- Apply pharmaceutical industry knowledge to provide technical guidance and problem-solving.
- Work closely with key stake holders to ensure project goals align with technical requirements.
- Review and analyze technical data to make informed decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to your manager.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues as they arise.
- Resource Management
- Manage project budgets and expenditures.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and technical records.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management.
- Complete required paperwork and forms driven by SOPs within the scope of the project including equipment registration, tag numbering and project close out.
- Safety and Quality Assurance
- Promote a culture of safety and quality within the project team.
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Background in automation or qualification is a plus
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project.
Strong analytical and technical aptitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
