IT Intern

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an IT Intern who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. IT Intern will be provided an opportunity to enhance their skills and gain hands-on work experience in the IT field. This position will be reporting directly to the IT Support Manager at our Farmington Hills location.

The ideal candidate:

• Deliver outstanding IT Support by meeting all service standards as set forth by the Credit Union to our internal and external members.
• Act as initial point of contact for internal help desk. Provide technical support and consultation in the use and operation of all technology to end users.
• Assist in all help desk request and track user requests.
• Provide hardware and software support. Complete end user access requests, installs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist IT team in researching and diagnosing issues reported through the help desk system.
