About the Role:

The Sales Estimator/Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a unique blend of sales, project management, and customer service skills. If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers
  • Manage existing customer relationships and drive new projects
  • Estimate upcoming projects using Xactimate and internal CRM systems
  • Process paperwork and obtain signed contracts for new projects
  • Manage customer requests, issues, and complaints related to projects
  • Schedule inspections and maintain professional knowledge through training and workshops
  • Promote company certifications and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Preferred experience in construction, abatement, restoration, or water mitigation industries
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong sales background and ability to leverage industry relationships
  • Xactimate experience (required)
  • Customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet project timelines
