Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers
- Manage existing customer relationships and drive new projects
- Estimate upcoming projects using Xactimate and internal CRM systems
- Process paperwork and obtain signed contracts for new projects
- Manage customer requests, issues, and complaints related to projects
- Schedule inspections and maintain professional knowledge through training and workshops
- Promote company certifications and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in construction, abatement, restoration, or water mitigation industries
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong sales background and ability to leverage industry relationships
- Xactimate experience (required)
- Customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet project timelines
