As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of experts in the Legal and Compliance Department, you will help shape Blue Origin's regulatory compliance program. Beyond providing counsel as a subject matter expert in the areas described below, you will develop processes and tools to amplify the impact of the program and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of regulatory legal support.

Responsibilities :
- Provide strong subject matter expertise on regulations and procedures governing the conduct of the company's business, including compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), U.S. and European data privacy regimes, and other relevant statutes and regulations.
- Support clients as a subject matter expert for commercial transactions on multiple regulatory areas, including data privacy and government contract compliance and other substantive areas.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between risk owners inside the Legal and Compliance Department and across the company.
- Monitor proposed revisions to regulations affecting the company and develop recommended advocacy strategies to shape the final regulation.
- Work collaboratively with internal clients to prepare responses to document production requests and FOIA requests.
- Support continuous improvement of our regulatory support through the implementation of scalable processes to identify, address, and monitor critical risks facing the company.
