Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Assemblers for our client located near the Akron / Canton airport. Their diverse product range includes ATMs, ATM security software, mobile banking software, and much more.

Please note : this position is not accessible by public transportation.

Pay & Benefits :

Starting pay : $15 / hr, room to grow
After a brief probationary period, employees may qualify for raises and a comprehensive benefits package

Shift Info :

1st shift : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

Mandatory Overtime must be flexible!

Qualifications :

MINIMUM 6 months experience in manufacturing or assembly of goods.

Proficient in using a tape measure for accurate measurements.

Skilled in various stages of assembly process, including component identification and assembly.

Experienced in wiring and cabling tasks during assembly.

Competent in using hand and power tools for assembly.

Conducts safety inspections for equipment.

Maintains consistent work pace, capable of independent or team work.

Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Able to work standing for extended periods and flexible for overtime.

Possesses physical dexterity for various tasks.
