Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and government reporting
- Lead the coordination of audits, both internal and external
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights for business planning and growth strategies
- Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a mid-to-large sized company
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and audit procedures
- Proficiency in an ERP environment, accounting platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
