Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test components and subassemblies for Sonic Drilling Head equipment based on blueprints and technical specifications.
- Perform maintenance and repair on Sonic Oscillator equipment, ensuring top performance.
- Provide expert support to field units on the use, maintenance, and repair of Sonic Oscillator assemblies.
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure equipment meets company standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for assembly processes, labor tickets, and safety compliance.
- Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or relevant experience is preferred.
- 1-3 months of related experience in equipment assembly, with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Forklift certification required; CDL A is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with team members and customers.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and perform hands-on mechanical tasks.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various conditions, including standing, bending, and climbing.
