Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Inland Empire, while managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners, offering customized employee benefit strategies tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver top-rated programs, including Medical Health Sharing, Dental, Vision, Telemedicine, and other innovative benefit solutions.
- Conduct consultations with employees to guide them in selecting the best coverage options.
- Use the systems we have in place to connect with warm leads and close business through a simple consultative selling system we have.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales goals and building residual income streams through exceptional service and long-term client relationships.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices, with a focus on building long-term trust and value.
- Experience with insurance solutions or consultative selling is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze client needs, market data, and trends to deliver tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to business owners and employees.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

Compensation:
- Commission-Only Position: Your earnings are directly tied to your performance and success.
- Additional Pay & Bonuses: On top of commission, you get paid in 5 different ways. Advanced commission, new agent bonus, quarterly bonus, yearly bonus, & additional weekly & yearly top performer incentives,
- Benefits: Paid Health, Dental, Vision, and Telemedicine after 90 days.
- Earning Potential: The average income range for this role is $36,000 - $127,000 annually, but there is no income cap, giving you the opportunity to earn as much as your drive and ambition allow.
