Role Specifics:
- Operational hours are Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM, with extra hours available on Fridays.
- Foster a leadership style rooted in servant leadership and encourage operational superiority.
- Create and maintain a high-energy, efficient team culture.
- Mentor team members, helping them achieve their highest capabilities.
- Champion and drive continuous enhancements in manufacturing processes.
- Engage with technical staff to fine-tune production operations.
- Lead key safety and quality projects.
- Instill lean methodologies throughout all processes.
- Establish and grow relations with team stakeholders, including union representatives.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Proven leadership in high-performance teams.
- 1-3 years’ experience within fast-paced manufacturing settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving prowess.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, such as Kaizen and Kanban.
- Preferably, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related disciplines.
