The Alliance Corporate Recruiter is an integral part of the success for Alliance. This profession is tasked with staffing 75-100 AT&T retail locations with high quality talented individuals who are looking for a career to build with Alliance, which in turn improves the overall performance of Alliance. In this opportunity, you will build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure Alliance is staffed appropriately and successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Builds partnership with hiring managers to support their hiring needs
- Represents Alliance core values to candidates as first interaction
- Maintains accuracy of hiring process through Alliance Applicant Tracking System
- Sources candidates through a variety of resources and platforms
- Provides partnership with District Management team to innovate recruiting and hiring process
- Recruiting strategies to attract innovative retail workforce
- Ability to evaluate talent and provide comprehensive feedback to hiring managers
- Manages recruiting and hiring process for corporate leaders
- Explores and shares industry trends, best practices, and developmental resources and tools.
- Phone screen, schedule, and source candidates for sales, management, and district management positions while effectively noting conversations
- May be able to travel upwards of 10% of the time
- Must utilize personal vehicle for travel
- Will be required to lift upwards of over 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Required to work 40-45 hours a week which may include Saturdays and Sundays
