Brief Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Development Fellow at the Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP.org). The Product Development Fellow, a new role, will be responsible for executing product development initiatives, conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Some remote work is acceptable for this role, but you must reside in the Washington, DC. area.

REPORTS TO : Associate Director, Public Policy / Product Manager
LOCATION : Washington, D.C.
COMPENSATION : $25-30 / Hour plus health insurance benefits

POSITION SUMMARY
ACHP is launching an exciting strategic data initiative with its members, positioning the association as a leader in evidence-based policymaking. This one-year fellowship provides a solid foundation for a career in product development and project management in health care. An ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial and have a background in health care product development or health care project management especially with experience in claims datasets who is detail-oriented, organized and eager to build solutions for complex datasets. A one-year commitment is required, with strong potential for full-time employment upon completion.
