Job Title: Senior IT Manager
Type of Engagement: 5-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Hybrid Position located in Durham, NC
Candidates must reside in the Greater RTP, NC area.
Required Skills & Experience
This position will be primarily responsible for leading a worldwide team for enterprise data center environments and all provisioning including the solution architecture, design and delivery of SAP ERP solutions on SAP RISE on S4HANA, middleware, and underlying platforms and ensuring all non-SAP, Cloud, SaaS and data center systems are integrated. This is a hands on position and you will be required to open tickets, debug, lead/drive to get a resolution bringing in other experts to close out the issue. We would prefer SAP knowledge but you must understand data centers, VMs, Cloud and recovery which includes basic understanding of networking and firewalls.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $96.00 - $101.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Required Skills & Experience
- Being hands on is required, you will be doing work such as opening tickets, debugging issue and working across different organizations to figure out solutions, leading calls and driving issue to resolution.
- Lead to create strategy roadmap for ERP SAP, architecture, and design and with background of implementation of SAP ERP solution on Cloud (AWS/GCP/AWS) with greenfield/brownfield implementation and verifying As Builts.
- Responsible for leading decommissioning of SAP and Integrated systems. Must be able to create Power Point, and document the plan and drive to get information to complete the work and meeting required dates.
- SAP RISE experience a plus and integration to non-SAP systems such as Cloud (i.e. Azure or other cloud platforms, understanding of networking, backup and recovery for disaster recovery)
- Lead and collaborate with peers, partners and system integrators and give the direction and roadmap for Environmental infrastructure in an enterprise-class environment.
- Experience in reviewing and selecting technical solutions.
- Compare different systems including non-SAP to make recommendations for both project and holistic needs.
- Lead and Execute performance testing,
- Experience on Multi system Job processing and monitoring (experience in Control-M job scheduler is a plus)
- Manage Object propagation for large enterprise systems (multitenant) being responsible to lead the Transport Management Cloud / SaaS configuration and Management
- Manage projects to ensure targeted business outcomes.
- Have the Ability to estimate and compare the financial impact of technology alternatives.
- Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies, Work break down, RAID logs and critical path
- Design & implementation of SAP Cloud Services, Solution Manager, ALM must S/4 Hana experience (installations, upgrades) on Cloud with Greenfield, Brownfield migration approach
- Lead and Execute System Migrations: homogeneous Heterogeneous including DMO system move, at least 2 migrations to Azure.
- Responsible to support all environment and ensuring architecture design are correct, Manage S4 Hana Database Replication (HANA 2.0), SAP EWM would be a plus, Azure, VMWare, VPN, Express route, etc.
