Responsible for providing support to the company by performing a variety of functions in the area of payroll, data entry, distribution of checks, and other payroll functions as assigned.
Essential Job Responsibilities
A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $52,000 - $57,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 3 years of related experience required; Still acquiring higher knowledge and skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
- Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
- Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to departments or middle management.
- Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
- Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
- Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Enter new hire information and personnel changes in the HR/Payroll system.
- Follow up for incomplete and/or missing documentation.
- Enter and respond to Garnishments.
- Run weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.
- Respond to inquiries related to job duties.
- Process retro pay calculations.
- Upload pay data.
- Research pay issues.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
