Type of Engagement : 6-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location : Hybrid position located in Raleigh, NC. 3 days in-office 2 days remote
Candidates must reside in the Greater Raleigh, NC area.
Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum associate's degree in accounting or related field.
Minimum 3 years in an accounts payable role.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred)
Good communication skills

The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Essential Job Responsibilities :
Invoice Processing : Receive, review, and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Vendor Relations : Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries.
Reconciliation : Reconcile accounts payable transactions, including verifying and matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Reporting : Generate reports on accounts payable status and activities for management review.
Assist with month-end closing processes.
Support the finance team with audits and other financial projects.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
