Job Title : Procurement Product Specialist
Type of Engagement : 1-Year contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location : Remote
Candidates must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a federal government contracting environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Experience using MS Office 365 applications, including MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Experience working with procurement management systems (both automated and manual).
- Ability to apply detailed knowledge of contract clauses and procurement requirements to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage procurement files and documentation efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams, ensuring smooth procurement operations.
- Analytical thinking to investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
