Required Skills & Experience :
- Professional Land Surveyor License (LS)
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Experienced with Civil 3D, Auto-Cad
- Proficient in land development surveys and construction stakeout
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Work with title and utility companies, as well as local governments, to assist with approval of projects
- Prepare documentation of fieldwork
- Coordinate client and contractor requests for land surveys and construction stakeouts
- Perform calculations of horizontal and vertical control

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
