Job Title : Sourcing Specialist
Type of Engagement : 1-year contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location : Located in Richmond, VA.
Candidates must reside in the Greater Richmond, VA area.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 3 years of recruiting experience, which includes full cycle recruiting. (A Master's degree can count towards one year of experience; A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one year of experience).
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education
- Preferred Disciplines : Business, Human Resources
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient personal computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications and applicant tracking systems (Success Factors, Taleo, Kenexa ICIMS or other related systems).
- Knowledge of company organizational structures.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, employment policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
- Possess strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is up to $27.34 per hour.
