Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Perform insurance verification and ensure accurate patient documentation.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as E-clinicals for documentation and data entry.
- Assist with administrative tasks that includes, scanning, faxing, and returning patient phone calls.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
