Alliance Painting is a young, rapidly growing company ripe with fresh ideas and a unique work experience. We are seeking a highly motivated, Part Time, Appointment Setter to join our team! This can move into a full-time role with experience and a proven track record.

Duties:
- Accounts receivable and invoicing ownership
- Weekly payroll submissions
- Weekly / Monthly reporting
- Swiftly answer phone and convert inbound opportunities
- Rapid follow-up on digital form submissions & inquiries
- Relentless follow-up with unconverted and past customers
- Precisely input client data
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Assist with new project setup and color collection
- Other Duties as assigned
Essential Skills:
- Ability to quickly root out errors and correct
