What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct in-home presentations utilizing our consultative sales approach (don’t worry—we’ll train you!).
• Build trust and rapport with clients while guiding them toward a mutual agreement to work with Alliance Painting.
• Overcome objections creatively and effectively, leaving the home with a deposit check in hand.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights and Saturdays, to accommodate customer needs.

Compensation

• Base salary commission
