Salary Range - $22.00 - $27.00 Hourly

Summary/Purpose of the Position:

Operate and maintain flexographic label printing equipment, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality output, and timely project completion. This intermediate-level role requires strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes, troubleshooting issues, and experience working independently. 

Essential Duties, Functions, And/or Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic label printing equipment
• Follow established procedures and best practices for flexographic printing
• Ensure high-quality output in line with company standards and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to flexographic printing processes and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment
• Train and mentor junior press operators, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Flexo Label Press Lead
• Mark Andy 2200 experience

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in flexographic label printing
• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes and equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary
