What Youll Do :
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to onboarding
- Conduct interviews, orientations, and background checks
- Foster engagement with staff to improve retention and satisfaction
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs
- Participate in the on-call rotation to support staffing needs
- Prior experience as a caregiver (preferred)
- Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation
- 3 years of recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Passion for people and team-building
