- Monitor KPIs, including cost management, on-time performance, and profitability, to ensure operations are executing to those metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize service disruptions.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in transportation brokerage, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a strategic account management or sales role.
- Proven experience in managing large or complex accounts within the truckload space.
