Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with our Enterprise clients, ensuring they receive tailored logistics solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new offerings and customize solutions to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including additional services, volume expansion, and new business.
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling additional trucking and logistics services.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the truckload transportation market, including carrier management, rate negotiations, route optimization, and freight regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage team and customer expectations and negotiate effectively.
