Alliance Workforce has partnered with a growing logistics company in Broward County to seek an experienced full-time Logistics Specialist. This role will oversee equipment and product maintenance, training, inventory, administration, logistics support, and response operations. This position is essential to the company’s growth and ability to meet expanding requirements in disaster logistics and response.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Perform cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of all products and equipment
- Become proficient in deploying and operating all products
- Collaborate with customers and partners to accomplish mission objectives
- Work with staff as needed based on complexity and deadlines
- Submit weekly hours, including vacation and sick time usage
- Assist with loading forklifts, UTVs, and other equipment for shipping
- Conduct onsite deployment inspections to identify potential challenges
- Serve as a safety officer, ensuring workplace hazard awareness
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Provide recommendations to improve overall operations
- Perform other duties as necessary
