Regional President – Environmental Services
Alliance Workforce has partnered with a leading environmental services firm seeking a Regional President to drive revenue growth and operational excellence in the Southeast region. The company is expanding its presence across Florida, North Carolina, and beyond, with a goal to double revenue in 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies, expand client relationships, and enhance service offerings.
- Business Development: Lead sales efforts, represent the company at industry events, and oversee marketing initiatives.
- Operations Management: Ensure efficient resource allocation, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years in environmental services, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong business development, P&L management, and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total Compensation: $260K – $400K (Base: $180K – $220K Bonus)
