Warehouse Process Technician (1st Shift)
Location : Bartlett, IL
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM
Pay : $19.00 / hr (based on experience)
We’re looking for a Process Technician to keep our warehouse production running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for starting up and adjusting molding machines, ensuring quality output, and troubleshooting any production issues to keep operations efficient.
Key Responsibilities :
- Start up and operate molding machines in a warehouse environment
- Troubleshoot and adjust processing parameters to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Set up molds, clean tools, and follow proper maintenance procedures
- Communicate with other shifts to resolve ongoing production issues
- Submit downtime and work order reports in IQMS
- Support process improvements to enhance production efficiency
- Train and mentor new technicians when needed
