Warehouse Process Technician (2nd Shift)
Location : Bartlett, IL
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 1 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM
Pay : $20.00 / hr (based on experience)
We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Process Technician to support production in our warehouse. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and adjusting molding machines to maintain smooth operations and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities :
- Start up and operate molding machines in a warehouse environment
- Troubleshoot and adjust processing parameters to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Set up molds, clean tools, and follow proper maintenance procedures
- Communicate with other shifts to resolve ongoing production issues
- Submit downtime and work order reports in IQMS
- Support process improvements to enhance production efficiency
- Train and mentor new technicians when needed
