POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: Our Marketing Program Manager is responsible for managing corporate marketing programs and initiatives and supporting the marketing efforts of the branches and advisors in the field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing Lead & Marketing Programs: Managing lead systems and marketing programs that enable the advisors in the field to prospect and generate client leads. Maintain relationships with program vendors. Perform market research to understand available lead and marketing programs and vendors. Train the field including Managing Directors, office staff and advisors on marketing programs. Regularly report program effectiveness to management.
• Coordinating Marketing Initiatives: Work with management to understand marketing initiatives, craft and implement project plans, and execute to completion. Manage internal and external marketing communications. Manage internal and external sales, marketing and brand collateral. Accountable for processes and procedures related to marketing, including compliance approvals, working with other departments, invoices and expense management and maintaining project road map.
• Field Support: Train advisors in the field on lead and marketing programs. Onboard new advisors. Work with Managing Directors and advisors to understand and support their marketing strategies.
• Personnel Management/Supervision: Direct supervision of designated Creative and Communication Department employees and other designated employees; Supervisory responsibilities include: hiring/terminating, disciplinary actions, assigning/checking work, plan/appraise job performance measurements, performance reviews, compensation recommendations, new hire orientation and training; Provide policy and operational leadership.
• General Management: Work collaboratively with fellow senior staff to advance the values and mission of Senior Market Sales by participating in and attending management and administration meetings; provide strategic, policy and operational leadership.
• Special Projects: Work collaboratively with fellow staff to advance the values and mission of Senior Market Sales by serving on relevant internal and external committees; Assists with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management.
• Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
• Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing related field, required
Five (5) or more years in a related field or relevant insurance industry experience, required
Five (5) or more years in a leadership position, required
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies/tactics and strong customer service skills, required
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent systems, preferred
Sales and project management experience, preferred
