Program Details:
- Start Date: Monday, June 2, 2025
- End Date: Friday, August 8, 2025
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Environment: Hybrid (in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support decision-making by local leadership.
- Contribute to global projects, collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, delivering insights in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on market research and data analysis.
- Work on special projects as assigned, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the U.S. and globally, fostering teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
- Current rising junior or senior, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Practical experience with data analysis and providing actionable insights (academic projects, internships, etc.).
- Strong adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing solutions to exceed expectations.
- Eagerness to learn, with the ability to quickly apply new concepts and reporting techniques.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to balance daily tasks and larger projects effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Access is a plus. Experience with SQL, R, or Python is a bonus.
