What you do:
You will partner with important partners to understand operational opportunities and manage efforts to design and implement business systems solutions to achieve operational objectives and efficiencies by applying extensive knowledge of product, relevant regulations, and administrative systems and processes. You will report to the Operations Technical Manager.
· Responsible for implementing and maintaining product configuration in industry standard eApplication systems: Hexure FireLight, iPipeline Affirm, Zinnia AnnunityNet (AN4).
· Designs solutions to realize operational opportunities especially in complex areas requiring a high level of business systems expertise. Able to deliver significant improvements in accuracy and efficiency through collaboration with key stakeholders.
· Leads in the creation of processes, applications and models essential to successfully delivering on operational objectives.
· Oversees monitoring of regulations, new product offerings and changes to existing product for impacts to business systems team responsibilities and the creation and/or implementation of new system requirements needed to update impacted applications and processes.
· Ensures adherence to the quality control process.
· Responsible for the training and development of individuals.
What you bring:
· 11+ years of experience required: Technical experience with Hexure FireLight, iPipeline Affirm, Zinnia AnnuityNet (AN4) and financial service business acumen.
· Four year degree required: computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or specialized training or equivalent work experience
· Licensing/certification/other: comprehensive technical skills at an expert level in the areas of: Insurance product features and mechanics; Programming concepts (XML, json, java) Administration systems; Relevant regulations
Salary : $121,000 - $169,000
