About the Role
Were looking for a creative and results-driven Advertising Manager to join our brand management team on a fixed-term contract basis. In this role, youll be responsible for overseeing the design and development of high-quality creative assets for advertising campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure the consistent delivery of brand-aligned creative solutions across both digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and experience in managing large ATL advertising campaigns from concept through to execution. Experience within the financial services industry is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Deliver the ATL campaign
Onboard and manage external creative agency
Work with the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Brand to oversee development of campaigns to support brand and business objectives across personal and commercial lines
Monitor the performance of creative assets across campaigns and make recommendations for optimisation based on data and feedback
About you
Significant experience in design, advertising or a marketing role.
Strong understanding of advertising principles and digital marketing best practices.
Experience in designing for both digital and print media.
