Learning Advisor/Senior | Hybrid

What you do:

Under limited supervision, responsible for the design, development, delivery and curation of a variety of learning solutions while applying adult learning principles. Assesses learning content to ensure alignment with business priorities and learning objectives, and is learner-centric. Responsible for project work using project management skills while also applying design and facilitation standards. Also responsible for maintaining relationships with peers, key business partners and learners. May provide coaching and mentoring to others on the team.

• Design, develop and curate learner-centric programs using multiple media and blended approaches (e.g. e-learning, job aids, instructor led (in-person and virtually), self-study and video). Prepare, facilitate and produce a learning experience to learners that also includes assessment and measurement methods, as appropriate, to evaluate programs and complete end-to-end project management.
• Partner with the business, serving as a liaison for projects and/or acting as the project manager for smaller sized projects/initiatives
• Encompass learning logistics of courses (classroom or virtually) with the support in the LMS and other learning platforms (e.g. AZU powered by Degreed).
• Align to other projects, committees and initiatives as needed along with limited coaching and mentoring peers on the team

What you bring:

• 2-3 years' experience required: In a learning environment or as a subject matter expert who has designed, developed and/or delivered learning programs.
• 4-5 years' experience preferred: In a learning environment or as a subject matter expert who has designed, developed and/or delivered learning programs.
• High school diploma required
• Two-year degree preferred
