What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time In Home Caretaker position at Allied Adult Day?
Full time opening for 85 year old female patient,
She has had surgery on her wrist and it is still healing so she will need help bathing and dressing. Is continent, but has a potty chair. Caregiver would need to provide transportation. Companionship is needed. She is a smoker and there are three dogs.
Monday-Friday 8a-4pm
Here at Allied Adult we work with HCBS Medicaid waiver patients needing help in the home.
Every patient has different needs, we will match you accordingly based off your experience level and personality. Allied understands it can be nerve wracking entering homes of strangers so we offer meet and greets where you can introduce yourself to the patient and get their story and care plan.
Our goal is to treat our clients how we would our own family treated.
We are very flexible with scheduling and will match your clients to your availability.
We use maps and always let you know how far away your clients are and try to keep you close to home if possible.
On onboarding process is done online through our employee portal. Once you have completed paperwork, background checks and drug screens we do an online video call orientation.
