What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at Allied Adult?
This position is full time Monday-Friday at our office in Owensboro, KY
The scheduler is expected to perform a variety of duties to lead the office to meet all goals. Responsible for assisting other schedulers and HR with entering data, performing daily office procedures and handling all customer service calls. Also responsible for operating schedule software systems and ensure compliance with confidentially policies.

Understanding Medicaid and Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver is a plus.
Must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by
Allied.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen
affectively.
Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and
meet deadlines.
Must have the ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills is essential as well as
sound judgment and good decision making.
Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair mindedness consistent with company
standards, practices, policies and procedures.
Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly work.
Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues, clients,
and the community.
Must have the ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel.
Must be able to work evenings or weekends as required and support On Call operations.
Must have the ability to sit at a desk and listen for long periods of time on the
telephone.
Must be patient and congenial on the telephone.
Must be able to perform duties in a professional office setting.
Here at Allied Adult we work with HCBS Medicaid waiver patients needing help in the home.
