Office Manager
You’ll be the go-to for all things office- related. From managing supplies and schedules to solving last-minute problems and keeping the office organized, you’ll be the glue to that holds it all together!
What You’ll Do
- Overseeing general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office.
- Day to day operations, including scheduling, supply management, and sales support.
- Create and maintain a pleasant work environment.
- Ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness for the branch.
- Act as a central point for internal communications, ensuring team alignment and effective collaboration.
- Monitor and report on office expenses, supply inventory, and administrative expenses.
