Warehouse Associate

Allied Business Solutions is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Salt Lake City. The Warehouse Associate makes sure that products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our customers and other branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all builds for all company warehouses in accordance with the Builds Process Outline.
• Save each build sheet to the Builds folder as soon as you receive them in your inbox.
• Review inventory and order needed items for an equipment order through Purchasing.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving and Purchasing to track all items for each equipment order.
• Communicate any delays in order shipment to Build Request and Sales Admin emails.
• Unless directed by the Warehouse Manager, create set up calls only for complete equipment orders.
• Maintain organized folders for all equipment orders as they move through the Builds process.
• Create delivery paperwork and delivery and network calls for all equipment orders.
• Place an equipment order into set up as soon as the final ordered part arrives.
• Coordinate with Freight Quote when shipping equipment out of state.
• Track and monitor the status of all moving items for each equipment order.
• Coordinate with the Order Coordinators and the Service Department on scheduling deliveries.
• Ensure the delivery driver has all necessary paperwork prior to each delivery.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is correctly processed upon completion of each delivery.
• Communicate any discrepancies in inventory to Inventory Control Associate immediately for processing of inventory adjustment to ensure accurate inventory level in system.
• Participates in taking inventory counts according to company policies/procedures.
• Upholds the security and confidentiality of the company and data within area of responsibility.
• Operate warehouse equipment according to safety guidelines, report mechanical problems to WHM.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping warehouse neat and orderly; maintaining general cleaning to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements daily.
• Backup for Shipping & Receiving Clerk and other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
