Primary Objectives of Position:
- Deliver and distribute agronomy products in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in optimizing the cooperatives market and efficiency
- Help achieve the cooperatives mission and goals
- Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Operate spraying and spreading equipment properly
- Mix fertilizer and chemicals properly to ensure quality standards and accuracy
- Deliver products to appropriate customers in a timely manner
- Report needed inventory items to supervisor
- Ensure all delivery tickets are accurate and filled out correctly
- Keep accurate log of all fields, acres, rates, product, and weather
- Inform supervisor of any potential problems or new business opportunities
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Must have or be able to obtain a Wisconsin Certified Applicators License
- CDL preferred
- Be able to lift 50 lbs of a consistent basis, be able to bend, climb, and have good leg and arm dexterity
