Primary Objectives of Position:
- Actively participate in the efficient and safe production of fertilizers and related products.
- Contribute to the overall success of the cooperative by achieving production targets and supporting company initiatives.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Assist in the blending of fertilizers according to customer specifications and production schedules.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of production tasks.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and cleaning.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and maintaining accurate inventory.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Participate in safety training and meetings as required.
- Perform general maintenance duties as assigned, such as cleaning work areas and assisting with other production tasks.
- Assist with all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
