Primary Objectives of Position: To maintain agronomy office efficiency in a manner that will optimize the cooperatives market share and savings, improve the cooperatives efficiency, help achieve the cooperatives mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Recordkeeping involves recording all sales, purchasing, and preparing daily reports
- Answer all location agronomy calls and route to the appropriate person
- Responsible for over-the-counter sales
- Handle customer billing questions and reports as needed
- Maintain office equipment and keep work area neat and clean
- Handling and balancing of all cash transactions
- Run reports needed by sales staff and management
- Promptly record customer orders and communicate orders to appropriate salesperson
- Attention to detail on all items handled
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Have good written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must have cash handling experience
