About Company

Founded in Clackamas, Oregon, by real estate entrepreneur Cody Bjugan, Allied Development has grown into a nationally recognized leader in residential land development. Now headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, we operate in 10 states and 23 major markets, leveraging talent, technology, and relationships to drive successful land development projects across the U.S. With over 20 years of industry expertise, we have set the standard for land acquisition and entitlement, providing exceptional value to landowners, partners, homebuilders, and our internal team.
At Allied Development, we believe that land development is more than just a transaction—it’s about Purpose, Impact, and Fulfillment (PIF). Our work is driven by a greater mission: solving the housing shortage by unlocking the highest and best use of land. Through strategic planning, responsible development, and meaningful partnerships, we transform raw land into thriving communities, creating opportunities that extend beyond real estate.

In addition to Allied Development, we founded VestRight, an education and mentorship platform dedicated to empowering aspiring land investors, real estate professionals, and entrepreneurs. VestRight provides specialized training on land acquisition strategies, helping individuals unlock financial opportunities in the land development space.

Together, Allied Development and VestRight bridge the gap between education and execution, equipping our partners and students with the knowledge and resources to succeed in the world of land development—all while driving a deeper purpose: creating more housing opportunities for future generations.
