Job Description:
We are seeking a PT Gastroenterology NP to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This role involves working closely with our physicians in a beautiful office setting. It is an Inpatient role that requires weekend availability, approximately 6-8 hours over Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage health problems and coordinate healthcare for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
- Comply with the standards of care, including assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status and clinical management.
- Practice in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- MUST HAVE GASTROENTEROLOGY EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE.
- Current licensure in New York State in good standing.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Proficient in EMR and Telehealth.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Bi-Lingual Russian or Ukrainian a plus.
