About the Role
We are seeking a skilled PT Gastroenterology NP to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This inpatient role will involve working closely with our physicians in a comfortable office setting, requiring weekend availability of 3-4 hours on Saturday and 3-4 hours on Sunday.
Job Summary
The NP is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating healthcare for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations. This involves assessing patient health status, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating patient status and clinical management in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Prior gastroenterology experience required for this role
- Current licensure in NY in good standing
- Current DEA certificate
- Proficient in EMR and Telehealth
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Bilingual Russian or Ukrainian a plus
