Responsibilities:
- Assess health status, diagnose, develop plan of care and treatment, implement treatment plan, and evaluate patient status and clinical management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Travel to three different offices as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Prior GI or Primary Care experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure in good standing.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Current CDS.
