- Assess patient health status and develop personalized plans of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Travel to multiple offices within the company's network.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Prior primary care or gastroenterology experience preferred.
- Current APRN licensure in good standing.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Current CDS certification.
