We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time, Practice Administrator for Monmouth and Ocean County in New Jersey.
The Practice Administrator is responsible for all clinical and administrative functions performed by the practice staff. The manager works with the physician partners in monitoring the financial health of the practice, developing new business opportunities and assuring that the office is operating at maximum efficiency within the guidelines of governmental and regulatory agencies. Implements work systems and practice environment to optimize office efficiency, patient satisfaction and control operating costs. Works with the Management Services Organization ("MSO") in the areas of Revenue Cycle Management, Accounting, Marketing and Human Resources and Benefits.
The Practice Administrator must have the following qualifications and experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Six (6) years' experience managing a healthcare facility or medical group practice.
- Experience with operations in office-based or ambulatory surgery centers preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill are required to effectively collaborate with various clinical staff and other disciplines
